After clerking for the firm while in law school, Zach, a Chattanooga native and McCallie School graduate, joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2025. He assists clients with a wide range of transactional matters including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. As a former Research Editor and published author for the Mississippi Sports Law Review as well as having a Sport & Entertainment Concentration, Zach brings a specialized insight to representing athletes in contract negotiations and Name, Image, & Likeness (NIL) agreements. Prior to his legal career, he gained firsthand experience working in collegiate athletics and athletic representation, further strengthening his understanding of the sports industry and its unique legal landscape. He also helps individuals and families with estate planning, tailoring wills and trusts to meet their unique needs. Outside of his practice, Zach is an active member of his community. He serves as a youth leader at Mile Straight Baptist Church and as an administrator of the North Hamilton Basketball League.
