John concentrates his practice on corporate and business law, as well as mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and probate. Throughout his career, he has also worked in a diverse number of other fields, including workers’ compensation; personal injury; employment law; tax law; and general civil litigation. John uses his background in financial economics and corporate law to effectively represent business clients. His extensive training, skills and experience as a negotiator achieves his clients’ objectives. He has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Business and Corporate law since 2018.
