Munford (Ford) R. Yates IV joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2024 upon his graduation from the University of Tennessee College of Law with honors. He received his B.A. from Sewanee (University of the South) in Classical Languages and English Literature with high honors. He is a Chattanooga native and attended the McCallie School for both Middle and High School. His practice blends helping individual and commercial clients with transactional and litigation matters, with a focus on commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate disputes, and torts claims. When not in the office, he loves to travel, watch movies, and attend concerts.
