For over 45 years, Gary has concentrated his practice in commercial law and commercial litigation. In addition to handling several multi-million dollar construction litigation cases, he has also handled several complex commercial litigation cases. He practices in both state courts and federal courts. He has represented several publicly held companies as well as numerous small businesses. He also actively participates and practices in bankruptcy court involving business reorganizations. He handles transactional work for financial institutions and for companies and individuals as borrowers from financial institutions.
