With more than a decade of legal experience, Mack has represented clients in every field of the firm’s civil litigation practice, including commercial, construction, real-estate, intellectual-property, and labor-an-employment litigation. Though his service to these clients spans all stages of litigation, his expertise is in appellate work. He has represented clients from across the firm’s practice areas in dozens of appeals in state and federal courts, and he has served on the Executive Council for the Tennessee Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Secion since 2016. Before joining the firm in 2009, Mack clerked for two judges in the Hamilton County Chancery Court. He has continued to serve the local bar in the years since his clerkship by serving on the board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Chattanooga Bar Association and on the CBA’s Legislative Review Committee.
