Ellie concentrates her practice on general civil litigation. Prior to moving to Chattanooga, Ellie practiced law in Lexington, Kentucky for 2 years with a focus on real estate matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was a staff attorney for two local title companies where she handled complex title issues and continues to represent clients throughout Tennessee in real estate disputes such as partitions, quiet title actions, boundary disputes, and adverse possession claims. Ellie also litigates contractor lien rights, business disputes and construction disputes. She also represents clients in landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners’ association matters and foreclosures. In addition to her real estate background, Ellie represents individuals in various other matters of civil litigation including divorces, child custody disputes, and family law matters. Ellie has successfully argued cases in numerous East Tennessee counties, as well as at the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Prior to moving to Chattanooga, Ellie practiced in Lexington, Kentucky for two years in a focus on real estate matters. Ellie is married to Jason Hill and has two girls, Cori (2012) and Luci (2014).
