Whitney N. Manning

Associate

Whitney has concentrated her career exclusively on Family Law. While born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Whitney spend several years developing her legal skills in Denver, Colorado. She moved to Chattanooga in 2021 and has continued to focus exclusively on Family Law.  In addition to traditional client representation, Whitney also takes on the role of Guardian ad Litem to represent child clients in high conflict matters and accepts appointment for the role of Parenting Coordinator.         Whitney believes that Family Law requires someone to be open-minded and compassionate to the issues that a client is facing.  She appreciates the level of emotional stress and turmoil that clients often face when dealing with Family Law issues. Her focus is on protecting her clients and their children while creatively helping them to solve the problems that arise in the course of dealing with family law matters.  While the courtroom process is sometimes necessary to protect her clients and their children, she is also a strong proponent of Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.       In her free time, Whitney enjoys hiking, baking, trying new foods, and traveling with her Husband, Greg.
