Charles A. Flynn


Chuck focuses his practice on civil litigation, including personal injury matters, corporate litigation, construction and real estate litigation, trust and estate litigation, will contests, and domestic litigation. He has a particular focus on pharmaceutical products liability cases, for defective drugs and implantable devices. During election years, Chuck also works as an election attorney, working to ensure that the purity of our electoral process is upheld. Chuck has advocated for his clients in municipal, state and federal court in Chattanooga, as well as Nashville, Knoxville, and Ohio. Chuck has also successfully represented clients in the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
