Andrew brings a wealth of courtroom experience to the firm’s civil litigation and criminal defense practices. He began his career as a sole practitioner in Chattanooga before becoming a prosecutor for nearly a decade at the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office. During his time representing the State Andrew was a lead prosecutor and supervisor for the Hamilton County Criminal Court. He handled some of the most prominent trials in East Tennessee and worked with and advised law enforcement on both the State and Federal levels. His proficiency in the courtroom made him a trusted name throughout Tennessee where he was frequently asked to lecture at the District Attorney General Conference, Prosecutor’s Academy, and Trial Advocacy Courses.
