Chanse J. Hayes

Associate

Chanse focuses on litigation, generally in the areas of commercial, trust and estate, and real estate matters. He counsels businesses and individuals throughout the litigation process, pre-suit through alternative dispute resolution, at trial, and on appeal should the need arise. In addition to handling litigation in state and federal courts, Chanse uses his economics background to analyze risk and evaluate opportunities when assisting clients accomplish their goals by providing general counsel, contract drafting, and transactional advice to businesses, homeowners’ associations, and individuals and estate planning to individuals.
