Ooltewah man wins $24.7 million judgment in lawsuit

The judgment, which included $20 million in punitive damages, is one of the largest verdicts in Hamilton County in recent years, said Chattanooga attorney Gary Patrick, one of the attorneys, along with Cara Alday and Susie Lodico, who represented Benjamin L. Folkins of Ooltewah in the lawsuit heard by a jury.
