Before joining the firm in 2009, Mack served as a law clerk for Chancellors W. Frank Brown and Howell N. Peoples in the Hamilton County Chancery Court.  He has represented a diverse array of clients in commercial, construction, and labor and employment litigation, and has participated in numerous civil appeals in a variety of contexts. Though he concentrates his practice on civil and appellate litigation, he works within a number of the firm’s practice areas.
