Cara’s practice concentrates on bankruptcy law, commercial litigation and commercial transactions. In her bankruptcy practice, Cara has represented corporate debtors, bankruptcy trustees and creditors, has handled a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme case and several complex business reorganizations. She practices in both state and federal courts. Cara handles complex commercial litigation cases, complex commercial transactions for financial institutions, corporate and individual clients. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the MidSouth Commercial Law Institute and previously served on the Hearing Panel of Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility.
