Kristen D. Williams

Partner

Kristen concentrates her practice on litigation. She represents clients in all matters related to family law including divorce, custody disputes, and conservatorships. Through her domestic law practice, Kristen appears in the Circuit, Chancery, and Juvenile Courts in Tennessee as well as the Superior and Juvenile Courts of North Georgia. Kristen also advises her corporate clients on all issues related to the operation of their businesses from initial contract formation to litigation of disputes. Kristen began her legal career in the Hamilton County District Attorney’s office where she served as a violent crimes prosecutor. During her time as an assistant district attorney, she gained extensive jury trial and general litigation experience which she utilizes in both her criminal and civil litigation matters. Kristen also represents clients who have been charged with a crime in both Tennessee and Georgia. In her spare time, she coaches law school student trial teams at Georgia State University College of Law.
