Patrick, Beard, Schulman & Jacoway, P.C. was founded on May 1, 1984. Prior to that time, Gary R. Patrick and John W. Beard were partners at Stophel, Caldwell & Heggie, P.C., the largest law firm in Tennessee at the time.
